About Us

At First Methodist Preschool, we believe every child is wonderfully made and deserves a
place where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. We strive to nurture each
child socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and intellectually through a warm,
relationship-centered environment. Our classrooms are thoughtfully planned to give
children opportunities to explore, create, wonder, and connect with others. At FMP, we know
that play is one of the most important ways children learn, and we are proud to offer more
than childcare — we offer a joyful, faith-filled community where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Hours and Days of Operation

FMP is open 5 days a week, Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Thanksgiving (Thurs & Fri)
MLK Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Christmas (announced each year)
